Since 1950, the Atwood family has been in the business of providing quality work gloves to the working hands of America. When my grandfather, Ralph W. Atwood, moved to Oregon after World War II he began his vision for providing quality work gloves by selling out of a small van to local industrial factories and small grocery stores. With the help of his family, Red Steer has upheld this vision and made its mark on the glove industry. While Red Steer now enjoys national brand name recognition, we continue to take pride in our ongoing commitment to customer service and the overall quality of our product.
